Error in Optional Test Taker Information [#permalink] New post 13 Mar 2012, 02:56
Hello, I took the test on 6th march 2012 and upon receiving the official score report I noticed I made a few errors in the OPTIONAL TEST TAKER INFORMATION section while filling out the details, namely while mentioning the undergraduate institution. The section is timed and after approx. 4hrs of test taking I was exhausted. I would like to know whether it will negatively impact the validity of my gmat score and also what can I do to rectify the errors?

Hi Shaswat1985,
Buddy dont worry about the info that you entered at the test centre as this is not going to hamper you at all.
Even when you will be applying to any B School you have to upload your transcripts as every B School asks from the candidate to provide all the details.
So be careful about the details while submitting your application and dont worry about the details you have provided at the test centre.
Moreover ,you can update your profile in the MBA.com so that your correct details are available with them.

Thanks for replying buddy, I was really worried, I confused that with the name of the institution I wished to send my score. I updated my profile on the website by deleting the wrong information, so can I be absolutely sure that it will not hamper my score in anyway? Sorry I'm nervous.
