very interesting. good post Aau.

As for how to prove, I don't see it as different as how they can prove that you did some volunteering activity in some random country (i.e. ask for references). :)

Off topic.. sort of but... The word Lesbian is being challenged in Greek Courts.

The Islanders of Lesbos are trying to reclaim the meaning to Lesbian (Native of Lesbos). If they win, they will go to the international courts. If succesful, there won;t be a gay and Lesbian society.. it will have to be renamed.

FYI, Lesbian came from a Greek female homosexual poet Sappho who was born in Lesbos

The answer was in the last phrase :) a possible name is homosexual, bisexual, transgender etc. And next will come homosexual girls, not to be sued by Lesbos natives.

btw, this lawsuit only applies in Greek, so all the lesbians in the rest of the world are safe from the lawsuit. :)

I would absolutely love to see the type of people who try to fake it for a scholarship.

At my undergrad 99% of all undergrads lived on campus and getting better housing was very competitive although through a lottery system. Well LBGT got special "married" type housing - one bedroom (but living room was offset as the second bedroom) and these football players would apply for it. They brought two of our starting linemen in and they told them to prove it and kiss each other. They looked at each other and were like "nah man, forget about it."

I was wondering about that, navy. I've heard people at Stanford applying for "couples" housing claiming that they're domestic partners too. Not sure if they had to prove it or something.

then again, I'd kiss anyone for good housing, hahahaha. :P
