Hello ,
How any business school view frequent job changes?
One of my friend has changed 4 jobs in 3 years .Moreover He had taken 6 month break for personal reasons. But He has has excelled in all the Jobs. And is now in a system analyst position .

4 jobs in 3 years is a lot and he/she will have to put forth some reasons for those job changes. Admissions committees are understanding and as long as the reasons are justifiable it shouldn't hurt too bad.
