After years of fruitlessly searching for the perfect GMAT grammar book (not just a grammar book but something relevant), we have decided to create our own GMAT Grammar Guide. It is designed to help international students who need to improve their English and Grammar skills before tacking the SC or AWA sections and also to help with essay writing and just to be better at English. It is a community project to create the best GMAT guide that will be free to this community. The guide is designed to be to the point without fluff and focus on the main points. We will be posting a topic every few days for the next several months. I hope this guide and work will help you succeed on the GMAT and get into your dream school. Jane told Marcos that in spite to him being small, he would still be a great asset to the team because of his athletic abilities. a) that in spite to him being small, he would still (Correct usage is "in spite OF" not "in spite TO" b) in spite of his being of small stature, he possibly might (Overly wordy, when compared to the correct answer c) that despite he is small, he could yet ("Despite he is small" does not making grammatical sense d) that in spite of him being small, he would definitely e) because he was being small, despite that, he could still (Poor sentence structureQuote: Can anyone explain for me why we choose d?
And "him being" or "his being"

I have purchased the book. And I was wondering where I could find the explanations for the questions in Practice Tests in the pdf. I am sorry if I missed it out somewhere in the blog but I was not able to find it.
