If I will take the GMAT on Sat Jan 9, will the school receive the score by Feb 1 that is the application deadline?

The first 5 schools - Yes.
If more than 5 schools - No.

also make sure you doublecheck the exact application instructions.. some schools will allow you to type in your score on the application, and they only use the actual score report to verify what you've written. if this is the case, then you don't necessarily need to have the official report in by the school's deadline, but only your application. double check with the specific schools in question though
