Honestly I would say, you can give another fresh attempt by taking a break.
You can start working on your applications and just doing the background research and stuff and prepare for GMAT as well.
Singapore (both NUS and Nanyang), its almost impossible with 510 and less than 3 years experience. US there might be some schools, but still you would end
up getting through only in the schools which are ranked after 60 may be.
So basically it depends on your target and motivation.
