GPA

I attended my first two years at a local college and had a 3.5+ GPA for those two years. I then transferred to NYU Stern for my last two years and graduated with a GPA of 2.6. I have worked for seven years post undergrad graduation, during which time I have been promoted three times to my current middle management status. My personal requirement before applying to any MBA program would be to have a GMAT 700+.
A few questions:
1. Will my weighted GPA be used in the decision making process or only the GPA from NYU?
2. As I was in Stern is there any consideration taken for the Stern curve and fact that the average Stern class GPA is lower when compared to other lowered tiered schools where there is no curve?
3. On a percentage basis, how important is the GPA score in light of GMAT test results, professional development, and other components of the admissions application?
Thank you in advance for your response.
