Considering your circumstances, your graduation at the age of 25 should not be an issue. The key is you are a fighter who fought against adversity and emerged an achiever. Being the first person in the family to go to college is itself an achievement. At college also, you changed your major twice because of language barriers. Honestly, I don’t think that should be a problem as long, as you can explain it.
Please don’t think that applying for MBA programs at the age of 29 with four years of experience is something unheard of. People do apply at this age. Also, why do think you SHOULD have 10 years of experience instead of four years? It’s not so much the number of years you have worked , but the quality of your work experience that counts the most.
We will be able to comment more on your candidacy if you will tell us more about your profile i.e. your GMAT score , your accomplishments at work, extra- curricular activities, interests etc.
Regarding your question about how the Ad Com at top schools would view your profile , I can only say that Ad Com of any B-schools would take holistic view of your candidacy based on your resume, essays, recommendations letters, GPA, GMAT score.
I hope it helped.
