I'm sure the forum gets this question a lot -- but I'm in that stage of MBA admissions and would like an external opinion on my profile.
Program - FT MBA
Area of Interest - Fin
Age - 27
Sex - M
UGPA - 2.94 (upward trend, ending with a couple semesters on Dean's List)
UG - USMA West Point
Major - Systems Engineering (w/ civil, mech, electrical exposure)
GMAT - 780 (even Q and V split)

I'm interested in top tier schools but am unsure about my GPA. I am very confident in my interview skills as well as my essays. I feel like I'm just another fish in the pond at this point and wonder if a consultant would help differentiating? Is it even worth it? I'm sure consultants can work magic but they would need a strong foundation to begin with...
Thanks in advance for your honest opinions.
