I've also had some problems with the princeton software.
I don't know but maybe you can put in your score values on the
princeton website. Just try to do another test and see if your computer crashes. Your score values indicate that your probably just under the 600 level.

Download the score interpretation sheet (pdf) from the GMAT website. Its a handy file to have when approximating your score.
