Hi all
I have my GMAT tomorrow. I am aware of the fact that we are allowed to send our scores to five B schools for free. But i do not know whether we have to do it before we get to know our score. Secondly, I will not be allowed to carry any paper to the examination hall so do i have to remember the codes of the universities where i want to send my scores ?
Hi go2jain
Welcome to the Club!
Yes, BB is right, you don't need to memorise codes. Before the test there will be about 10 pages to read through (general statements, warnings, how to use mouse and keyboard, how to answer questions, etc). At one of the pages you will be asked whther you want to send you scores and if yes to what schools.
In the first box (drop-down) I will need to select the country of the school (i.e. USA) below it you will see a search box in which you must type some key word of school you want to send you score. After this in a field below the search box will appear all study programmes requiring GMAT score, you must select what program do you want to attend. (for example you will see Harvard business school, full time MBA - 2 years) then you will need to press add
If you are not satisfied with your final score, it is not possible to cancel the reporting of the GMAT score to a particular school afterwards. But dont wory about that because if you will not include Harvard this time and think to report when you will receive a desired score, Harvard will see ALL your GMAT scores.
Good luck mate!
