I really doubt if you need to concentrate on learning words, GMAT unlike GRE doesnt test your vocabulary with antonym, analogie and so on .. it tests your grammar for which you need to know more about the parts of speech than actual meaning of the words ...

I am aware that gmat does test your grammatical skills, but i think making your vocabulary strong would sure be beneficial in combatting RC,the more tough ones if you are aiming 700 +

You are right, but I would approach it in thi fashion

Reource for RC

1) OG10
2) OG11
3) OG12
4) OG Verbal Review
5) 3000 RC document

I would rather work the above RC's and make note of new words, rather than learning words compiled by someone.

Advantages -
1) You would practice RC at the same time
2) Read magazines like Economist and create our own word list
3) You would try to guess the meaning of the word based on context of the passage.
