1. r = 3/4 s --> r=0.75s ...ie. 75% s sufficient..
2. r+s = 75/100...this does not tell us r or s so we cant calculate r % of s...insufficient..
answer is A

I think there is something wrong here. If r and s both are positive integers how can
r+s=0.75 ?

May be it is r/s=75/100. i.e
r (divided by) s=75/100. Which means r=.75s.
Check the answer choice again too. May be you are not reading it right.

Answer to your question is A. However, in OG if official answer is D, then in statement two, "plus" sign should have been "divide". In OG, many times people gets confused between "plus" sign and "divide" operator. Thats font and printing problem.
