I think B and C change meaning.

several callers != callers.

Some callers may not have expressed interest.

So I go for A.

I think A is the least evil here, everything else either changes the meaning of the sentence or has awkward grammar structure.

Well, i was stuck between A and C...Finally relented to A.

But still,i am a little iffy about this question...why is C wrong ????

I think A is fine.
C should have 'express' instead of 'have expressed'.

The verb should not be past tense. The ad is in today’s paper and the loft is currently available so the verb should be present tense. The correct answer is C.
