Please evaluate my profile and let me know my chances at my target schools.

Stats:
GPA - 84/100 from Anna University (non-IIT) - India
GMAT - 710 (Q49/V38) IR 8.0 AWA 6.0 - took the exam in June, 2013
TOEFL - 115/120

Profile:
8+ years of work experience (Age - 29)
Decent international work experience - 1 month in Indonesia, 3+ months in China and 30 months in United States
Currently working as a Manager of a mid-sized Indian IT firm. 30+ direct reports involving service and project management/delivery responsibilities (non-Financial responsibilities).
Won several team and individual awards for project delivery and excellence.

Extracurricular:
President of a sub-organizing commitee during college years
Community Manager at a not-for-profit educational startup for about an year ending 2011.
Project steward for a educational non-governmental organization focussed on improving education in government schools in India since 2012.
Avid runner - have completed several full marathons this year.

Target schools:
Michigan Ross, UCLA Anderson, CMU Tepper and Texas McCombs

Congrats on those marathons!

You didn’t mention your goals, but I’ll assume they’re in line with the target programs, perhaps something along lines of IT management?
Your candidacy is sound for the schools you list. It’s a good range. If you’re interested in other schools, (depending on your goals) you might also look at UNC Kenan-Flagler (border of on-par and reasonable reach) and Darden (reasonable reach, very interesting program).
