Job Prospects after MBA from Europe [#permalink]

All,
There might be some posts already on this one, but wan not able to seacrh for them.
Can you pelase help me with the below question?
1. What are the jobs prospects after an MBA from top Bschool in Europe like HEC, INSEAD, etc? Is it difficult to get a work permit or a 2 year work permit post MBA is given like in UK?
2. Do companies prefer EU citizens to Indian students when it comes to recruitments?
3. Any pointers to some blogs/threads where i can read more on comparisons between MBA from US and Europe alongwith Job prospects post MBA would be really helpful.

In general, it is difficult to find a job when you don't have the work permit already. However, it is dependent on the perceived value you can bring to the firm. If you are a career changer, it will be more difficult. If you have some unique combination of the qualities and experiences some firms are looking for, you will certainly have a great chance. From what we heard from some recent grads, in England, it has been difficult. Some excellent Indian graduates from recognized b-schools such as Cambridge Judge returned to Asia (Hong Kong) for full-time positions. In the US, if you have some relevant experiences under your belt, if you keep looking, you may find a good job. The best way is to check the job placement stats and talk to recent grads of the schools you are interested in.
