Hello,
Given your unconventional background for MBA, the details are what will make the difference and reveal whether you are competitive at the programs you mention. For example: You mention good exposure in work experience – but have you excelled relative to accomplished peers? And have you demonstrated leadership? You mention a likely GMAT of 700 – it should be higher to make you truly
competitive at programs like HBS, Stanford and Columbia. And your
goals indicate a career change – there is nothing wrong with this and many successful applicants are career changers. But it does incur the burdens of (a) making a strong and compelling case for why you want this change and what your vision is for your goals; and (b) showing that you understand your new target field and are making a well informed decision to pursue it.
If all those details line up, then you might well be a viable candidate to your schools of choice. Otherwise, look to the
next tier (which also contains some outstanding programs!).
