Given your supply chain focus, I'm not sure why Kellogg is on your short list. A better (i.e., more relevant) longshot would be MIT Sloan. Michigan may also be a bit of a reach for you, but you should be competitive at Tepper and McCombs. If I were you I would add schools like Michigan State, Purdue, Ohio State, and Maryland to your list--all strong in supply chain. I like your extracurriculars, but your age, common profile, and apparent/relative lack of leadership at work, make me think that adding another top 7 school to your list isn't realistic.

Paul, Thanks for your response. I forgot to mention my work experience in the post above. I have acted in various leadership roles at work. Currently, I work as a team leader leading a team of 8 people. In the past I have handled responsibilities such as test co-coordinator coordinating testing activities between teams sitting in India and Argentina. I also acted as an onsite team lead (for an Indian company) selected from a team of 45 people. Have taught technical classes in the company and have been involved in activities ranging from requirement gathering to installation.
Now, I realize that this leadership experience is not as eye-shattering as someone's who increased sales by $100 million or set company operations in Bolivia, but I never felt that I lacked leadership experience on the work place compared to my peers.
The reason I picked Kellogg is it has good supply chain management program. Its own Center for Operations & SCM has good reputation in the industry. Also has a center for retail management. Good professors in the supply chain area. Now, I agree that its reputation in operations and supply chain may not be as good as that of MIT, but with the immense popularity of Sloan among Indians (esp IITians), I didn't feel I had a chance there.
Do you still feel that I shouldn't apply to any of the top 7 schools now that I have mentioned my leadership experience? Do you still feel that Ross is bit of a reach for me? I was hoping to be competitive at Ross.
