Why not (A)?

Seems more grammatically logical than C.

The concert having been finished and the audience having filtered out, the maestro relaxed in the dressing room with the impresario

1. ||ism is missing
2. First concert finished and audience filtered (Need past perfect) and then maestro relaxed (Simple past).

Am I right guys???

C it is. Even though I would say the concert had finished.

Re: lt;The concert having been finished and the audience having [#permalink]
3 things were happening in the past.

The concert had been finished (the earliest action)
the audience had been filtered out (the later past action)
maestino relaxed (past action)

That's why C is correct. Grammartically correct.
