Hello

I am from India.

I would like to attend either Kelley or USC for the full time MBA program.

Which one usually offers better employment opportunities for international students?

Which one has a better student life?. Which one is generally considered more prestigious?

Prestige is pretty difficult to measure but they are pretty similar in terms of prestige. USC is a better known university but Kelley is probably a slightly better known business school.

They are pretty comparably ranked, and that usually translates into prestige. But I encourage you not to rely on something as subjective as "prestige" or as fickle as rankings. Almost all schools have employment reports on their web site with hiring statistics for recent schools and frequently for geographic locations. Study this data. Since it probaby won't be specific enough for you, you may have to contact the career placement offices for each school and ask for data on international students or for graduates who wanted to return to a particular locale.

Is the cost of living in LA substantially higher than in Bloomington?

What about safety?, is there a higher concern of safety at USC?

Which one tends to have more social (I don't just mean drinking) and personal developmental opportunities?

The campus of USC is generally considered to be safe and well-patrolled.

I think it is safe to say that the COL in Bloomington is quite a bit lower than the average for Los Angeles. However, keep in mind that LA is a large metro area so with careful searching you can find some good housing bargains.
