MBA Career Choice Advice

Hi all,
I am new to this forum but I have a couple of questions with regards to my MBA.
I am graduating from the University of Miami this spring and have a job lined up with Wells Fargo in Operations as a Project Analyst/Coordinator. I also interned with them the previous semester as a Finance Summer Analyst and would have loved to get placed in their finance department but the budget was not there so I got placed in their OPS department. I want to eventually be a Financial Analyst with Wells Fargo or another F500.
I have not taken my GMAT yet but my Overall Cummulative GPA is a 3.1 (my major was accounting).
Right now my goal is to work for 2-3 years with Wells Fargo, but I am planning to get my MBA either at that point or at the 2 year mark.
My questions:
1. is 2 years of experience good for my MBA considering I would have F500 experience?
2. If I want to work as a financial analyst in the future, will my MBA help towards reaching that goal? even though my experience is in OPS, will my prior experience allow me to make that transition after an MBA? this is my biggest question as I am wondering what experience employers will be looking for. I feel like I am working for a great company and like my job a lot as it has awesome responsabilities and I am learning a lot. Still my goal is to be a Financial Analyst and I am hoping that my MBA + experience would allow me to do so.
3. What programs would I need to get into to achieve my goal. My job is based out of their Miami office, so I would hope to attend UMiami for my MBA. Given my goal is that a good choice?
I appreciate any comments.
