Greetings!
I was interested in the Masters of Financial Engineering from SOAS (University of London) - Distance Learning program!

Does anyone know how reputable it is? I wanted to attend the above while I wait for my MBA session to commence! Its a 1.5 year (minimum) program.

I am not familiar with a Financial Engineering program at SOAS.

John,

Thats what I have been thinking.. Very similar thoughts we share.. I have been thinking of Ms in financial engineering while I wait for MBA later..

What do you think of Haas? Is there a chance with 660 in it?

If needed I am ready to take the GRE Math Subject test and ace the f***g hell out of it(more out of frustration than anything else). but I dont want to take Gre general test for sure.. Not to go through the pain of Verbal again ;)

I might think of a retake of gmat again but after hearing back from haas...

Another option I see is doing part time something for 1.5 years..

Not sure dude.. Heard Berkley MFE is quite good though. They used to send me the brochurses/email, looked quite attractive.

LBS also has a good Finance Program. So does LSE actually.

Are you aware of any remote programs?

LBS Masters in Finance is no financial engineering degree. It is much more practical and much less quantitative although the workload is quite heavy.
