Re: MGMAT Verbal - books vs online [#permalink]
As the previous two replies have already established, you will get the corresponding question bank for the particular book, plus the six online tests. For example, the newest edition of the Manhattan SC guide provides free access to the SC question bank and the six online tests. That's a very good deal.

Each question bank only contains 25 questions, so it's probably not worth purchasing. Practice with the ones that you get for free with a guide purchase. Another option is to simply answer and discuss the many verbal questions on the forums here for free.

Unless you're particularly weak in RC, I would replace the RC guide with the Powerscore CR Bible. The Manhattan SC and Powerscore CR is probably the most popular verbal guidebook combination.

Asking other users: Manhattan SC VS Powerscore CR - which one do you think I should use??

I'd like to focus on difficult RC.
