I think you should have a reasonable shot of getting into at least one if not a few of the schools on your list.
The good thing is that military officers are the most coveted kinds of applicants. So you're in a good position there.
What you have to your advantage compared to other military officers is one thing: a stronger academic history (GMAT, GPA, analytical/quant background), with comparable quality of leadership experience that many officers bring to the table (at least in the eyes of a civilian like an adcom). Yes, you may not have as many war stories as the special ops guys or Marines, but your analytical background can help you sell the fact that your transition into civilian careers (and more specifically corporate/business careers) is likely going to be even smoother.
As long as you're able to stress your leadership experience (much like other military officers will) as well as showing that you understand what aspects of your military experience is transferrable to the business world and what aspects are not -- you should have a reasonable shot at all the schools you mentioned (including HBS and Wharton).
Basically, don't screw up your application and you'll be fine.
