Ms in Finance and then MBA ?

Hey guys,
I am currently an undergrad student. I am wondering whether to apply to Ms in Finance programs straight out of undergrad or work for 2-3 years and then apply to MBA programs.
My ultimate goal is to work in the financial sphere, more specifically, in investment banking, hedge funds, or private equity. I know that a Ms in Finance program from a top b-school can be beneficial to these goals; however, I have also heard that in order to truly succeed in these fields I will need an MBA.
So, how does it look to do an MBA after a Ms in Finance ?Is it common ?
I am considering the MS in Financial Economics at Oxford, the Master in Finance in HEC, and the corresponding programs in Warwick and St Gallen. They do not require any WE so I believe if I meet their academic requirements I will be competitive enough to get in. My question is, whether having a master in finance degree can hinder my chances of later getting accepted to top tier MBA programs
Thank you for your time.
