Sung,

Interesting question. If money is not the issue for you, then go for the position that offers the most responsibility and/or leadership opportunities and fits your post-MBA goals best. But also keep in mind that money may be an issue for B-schools, so if your internship doesn't turn into a full-time gig, you may have more explaining to do in your B-school essays then you would in the regional bank job. If PE was my life's dream, I might go for that internship. If it wasn't, I'd probably go for the bank job.
