Hi
I have close to 8 yrs of work exp in the field of Analytics with various companies like Citigroup and GE. My educations is engineering and MBA. In my work exp i have mostly worked with econometric modeling for customer/risk analytics. As I kept working in this field my interest in this particular area has grown significantly. I am thinking of doing a specialization course in the same area ,from a very reputed institute.
I am looking at this as an launchpad that will help in satisfying my aspirations of working with top management consulting firms in this field
I have looked at some of the course in LSE like MSc in management science, MSc in finance and economics, MSc econometrics etc... But I am unsure what are my odds of acceptance for these courses. For example for MSc finance and economics i am not sure if they will be willling to take somebody with MBA degree already..

I think you should check with the admission's team or the current students in the college which you are trying to get into.
you can also post your questions in the college's blog or
facebook page..
