Hello Guys,
Congratulations to all those who got admitted into Duke's EMBA program. I am looking for some specific information and your help is appreciated.
1) How are you planning to finance your EMBA? Is your employer supporting you? Or is it coming out from your pocket?
2) Do you have a general statistics what percentage of the class is employer-sponsored vs self-sponsored? [I am told generally people getting into EMBA class is sponsored by their employer]
3) One more question - the program cost on the discussion forum is showing $166,000; but in the Duke's website I saw $119,500. Missing something?
Thank you and good luck!

I can only answer this question as I didn't apply to the Duke EMBA program. The price difference is between the regular EMBA program (cheaper) versus their global EMBA program (more expensive). The global program is the one that is ranked.

Thanks BazingAu. So people going for Global EMBA Program take a sabbatical from their current employer and attend the EMBA program full-time?
I am not understanding your question. Neither program is full-time. I don't think I've ever seen a full-time EMBA program. Most EMBA programs expect you to continue employment. The global programs just have 1-2 week immersion courses built into the program.
