newbie questions

Hello,
I am a 1L now in my second semester; just got my grades back which although are good enough for me not to fail, are mediocre enough to preclude me from ever finding a job.
So, here I am considering an MBA...
I have a couple questions if you please...
One: does anyone have any idea whether MBA programs will preclude me from entrance because of some Cs in law school? I have a 3.75 in undergrad, with my last couple years nearly straight A's. These recent Cs tarnish an otherwise unblemished academic record.
Two: judging from the GMAT site, the proctors provide scratch sheets? No calculators?
Three: I am horrible at math (i.e., why I initially chose law school over business school). Lets say I do fairly well on the verbal and writing sections of the test, but do fairly bad on the math section. Aren't these sections all combined for a total score, or do programs break them apart and look at the math in particular? I think I would do fairly well in the verbal, especially with a year of law school (i.e., extensive reading and writing) under my belt...not that I would score perfectly, but probably above average...however, my math is pathetic and I've always struggled with it. Even in college, I avoided it like the plague and took the easiest math courses that would satisfy my degree requirement.
So, if there is a question somewhere hidden in here it is how much weight will the math section hold in comparison to the verbal?
Thanks for your time and consideration in replying.
