i just called up stout to confirm that all the floors would be open (there's 3 floors in the bar). the lady who answered wasn't sure, since she said they might be having a private party due to the college basketball games.

i'm going to call back tomorrow afternoon and see if the basement will be open (i figure the main floor would be more packed so the basement might make more sense). if so, we can meet up in the basement near the dart area around 6pm-ish. i'll post back here tomorrow with any updates. if anyone won't have access to the forum and you want me to text message you the updates, PM me with your phone #.

most likely. i dont think everyones gonna get there at 6, so the bulk of us should hopefully still be there by 730ish

I really hope this stuff still is going on in 3 or so years when I apply to B school. This is such a great resource, best of luck everyone I can't wait to move back to NYC.

Speaking of college basketball, is there any interest in trying to grab somewhat cheap tickets to the big east tourney after?

I think randomly approaching people and asking them if they're applying to business school this fall (or, "Hey, are you shadowsjc, LetsGoMets or Aenigma?") should be part of the fun.

i was actually half joking at first about the nametags, until i stopped by a dollar store earlier today and found them for $1 so i picked them up.

you don't have write your names i guess... your forum handles will do.

I hate name badges. I doubt I could make it before 8. I don't think I will be able to turn up. Fridays really aren't going to be a good day for me as it really is the first hours of the weekend and not for 1337 int3rw3bZ meeting.
