of the 200 hundreds electricians 11 did not pay the dues.
so 189 have paid the dues.
as total 193 have paid the dues and of the 200 hundred 189 have paid the dues
so total (193-189=4 ) did not join in the union.
option E should be the correct answer.

Electricians who paid their dues is = 189 ; Electricians who did not pay their dues is = 11

Electricians who paid their dues on January 1, 1971 = 193

So, 193 - 189 = 4 Electricians who paid their dues on January 1, 1971 did not join the union in 1970..

Answer will be (E) 4
