Opening a thread for the 1000's

I was thinking that it could be a good idea if a new thread could be opened where all of us could discuss questions and answers from the RC, CR and SC 1000 packets.
What I have seen at the moment is people posting a question and other members answer. Wouldn't it be nicer however, to have a special thread only for the 1000 collection so that we could easily browse what we are looking for?
Perhaps, it could be even better if that thread could be further sub-divided into 3 categories: RC, SC and CR.
Each member could then post his question to the proper subcategory. And the rest of us could easily browse to answers and explanations.
Every member should post the number of the question (as it appears in the packet) so that every other member would not have to search throughout the whole 1000-packet.
Last but not least, it would be ideal if a moderator could be able to note down all the question numbers that the members have posted. Then, he could sort them (ascendingly for example). Thus, every member could easily be informed at a glance on which questions have been explained and which not.
I do not know if there is something similar to this. But, even if it does exist, I do not beleive it is very efficient.
The 1000-packets are used from the vast majority of all the members. Therefore, why can't we organize them a bit better?
I would really appreciate your insight to this matter.
If by any case this thread exists already, I would like to be shown the link and of course to apologize for this post.
