Hi Mark
Thanx for the reply, I have tried its free test and have found that quite nice. However I have one question, I understand that after the tests it gives a detailed assessment report, however arent there any detailed explanations to the answers? I do not see any detailed explanations to the answers in the review of the free test I have taken.
Cheers

Indeed, there are explanations. After you log in to your Student Center on manhattangmat.com, click the "CAT Exams & Diagnostics" tab and look for the "Review" link next to CAT 1. Under the "problem list" column you'll see another link that says "review" and from there you'll be taken to a list of the problems you saw. Click the problem name to see it again and you'll also see a "View Explanation" link.

Add another vote to Manhattan

Here are my takeaways for Manhattan CAT

Quantitative:
> The questions are more time-consuming and calculation-heavy. I think, however, that the makers of the Manhattan GMAT purposely do this to strengthen our timing.
> The questions are very similar with the GMAT in terms of placing "traps" in the questions. Case in point, I encountered a MGMAT CAT quant question that asked to determine the number of hours before the tank is filled up 1/2 of its capacity. That's very GMAT-esque. I and give kudos to MGMAT for that.
> The explanations are crisp and straight to the point. Matter of fact, the explanations are narrated in such a way that reading them feels like a real teacher is explaining them.

Verbal:
> Verbal questions are very hard to imitate in my opinion. See, MGMAT verbal is a bit easier than GMAT questions. I don't know why. Hope someone could take chime in on this.

Overall, I find MGMAT very very vital.
