You have a good profile. Though your GPA is low, your high GMAT will compensate that. You have good college names. Attend the MBA tour in NY this weekend. Columbia is attending as well.
Your profile lacks leadership experiences. Most of your roles seem to be individual centric. Let me know if thats not the case. Your target schools look for strong leadership roles. You should also focus on the 'extra curricular activities' area on your resume.
I think you should stretch yourself and go above the Columbia/Stern level. Aim high. Explore Harvard and MIT as well. They are better placed to help you on your goals. Good luck!
