Next step for a bachelor student?

Dear GMATclub members,
I am currently taking my Bachelor in Economics/Finance in a Europeen country,
aiming at working in an international firm within banking/finance.
I am 21 years old without any work experience and I have been thinking
what the next logical step would be for me.
I would very much like to study in the United States, but unfortunately
there are some differences between how higher studies in Europe and
USA are designed, most importantly U.S Bachelors are 4 years (3 years in
Europe) and Ph.D:s are rather common, unlike in Europe where you study
3 + 2 years (bachelor + master) and where Ph.D:s are fairly rare .
This leads to less focus on Master programs in Finance in the U.S.
and instead something like:
4 years Bachelor -> Work -> MBA (please correct me if im wrong).
With my non-existing work experience I could hardly be
accepted to a MBA program so what would be the next
logical step for me? All input are very much appreciated.
