Hello, and sorry for the notable delay!
It's difficult to give a full analysis of your profile, since it's an overview of course, but I would focus on the client interactions you've had and the recruitment and training you've done. It's important to focus on what you've achieved with your career thus far, not just what you do on a day to day basis, so focus on what you've been able to provide to the firm in addition to how it's helped you grow your skills and abilities.
In terms of schools, it really depends on what you want to gain from the program and what your future goals are. Look for schools that have specializations similar to what you want to do. Do you want to focus on consulting? Do you want to continue working with startups, in an entrepreneurial role? These kinds of questions can help identify what the most important aspects of the business are to you, which will in turn help identify schools that value the same characteristics.
Let us know what you think, and good luck!
