Hi Ankit,
You must gain another year of work experience and strengthen your profile by heading a team and working on achievements in or outside work place. Also target to achieve 710+ GMAT score, if you are focusing top global b-schools. To convert your chances from application to admission you must submit strong application essays and work hard in interviews.
Let me know in case of any assistance required. You may PM your details for free profile evaluation and selection of b-school.
Regards
Alisha
