10th CBSE board 91 %
12th CBSE board 90 % DPS R k Puram
Graduation - BE from Delhi College Of ENgineering 73%
GMAT - 710
Work ex - 7.5 years in IT industry

Details of work ex:
Currently working as a team lead , managing a team of 4-5
One year international exposure - direct inetraction with the client.
Have received appreciation letter from client.
Have received lot of awards such as pat on back award during my career.

Extra curricular - During my school days participated in debate, sports events
Every year organise blaket distribution during winter distribution with the help of friends.
Was associated with an orphanage.

Good start here, but we need more info about you!!!!
Tell me more about your work experience: What awards did you get? Are you in the top 5% of your firm? What firm do you work for? what is your title? what have been your greatest achievements? do you have any international experience? How many promotions have you had?

Also, tell me more about your volunteer work/ extra currics - do you have any leadership there? what did you do with the orphanage? do you have any other volunteer work??

Finally: what are your goals?? what job would you like to have Post-MBA? and in what industry???

With a wee bit more info, I can probably advise you better!

Hi Pooja,

With 7+ yrs. of work experience you are in an ideal phase of your career which most of the b-school look for. You have good acads, GMAT scores and avg. CGPA. Your ECs look fine as well. Having said that, you need to skillfully write application essays and showcase leadership qualities, achievements/awards in or outside work place, ability to work with others, maturity and professionalism during the final interviews. However, you need to focus on post-MBA goals and give solid reasons that how an MBA from XYZ b-school will help you to achieve them. I agree with Jon that we need more information. Additionally, where do you wish live post-MBA? Do you want to target one or two year programs (your goals will dictate this too)?
