Hey Etta!
Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate it!
So, let's have a look at your profile a bit. You have some good stuff: coming from consulting (which is more positive than boring), lots and lots of extra-currics, you are a female candidate, from a good UG school, with an excellent GMAT and even some managerial experience. On the less good side are your grades in UG, and maybe as you mention something "Standard" about the job. (This is something that can be "fixed" in the essays, as you know if you have been reading my stuff. I think it's a shame that you took a lot of your activities out of your resume, so maybe it's time to think about putting some of them back?
)
Now my eval is a bit rough, cause I am missing the deep detail I need esp. if I am going to evaluate you for Top five schools, but roughly I think that your profile is quite good, but that to apply to ONLY Top 10 programs (out of which three are top five) might not bring you the results you want (an accept). Meaning your school list is pretty challenging. And basically I would suggest adding a few schools, and not bad schools either - but schools like Kellogg, Duke, NYU, Columbia maybe (which makes sense cause they have the Teacher's College which you could take advantage of).
One final note about your goals - as laudable as they are, make sure that they make sense as a continuation of the experience you already have! It will help you a lot!
I hope these comments are as useful as you hoped
, and good luck
