I appreciate your point of concern.
But again giving GMAT to improve score would require atleast 3 more months of preparation.
Then i will miss deadlines of most of the universities and i may have to wait for another 1 year for further education.

That is true. But if you can do better, then it may be worth your while. Consider the following: 1. Bschool is VERY competitive ESPECIALLY amongst Indian candidates 2. You will only do ONE MBA once in your life and it will define the rest of your path.
Of course it will depend on what you would do in the meantime and how old you are, but basically my advice is to retake the GMAT, and apply R1 next year. You are a bit late to get started this year anyhow, and with your relatively low GMAT it's probably better that you take those three months to study.
