I would certainly say you can aim for the top ten. Here is a ranking list of schools that offer MS in Finance.

You would definately be considered at the top programs. You might consider looking into the GRE Subject Math in order to strengthen your qualifications. I wouldn't worry about not having taken any finance courses as most people who apply to these programs don't as well. The fact that you have taken courses in PDE's assures the fact that you have almost certainly satisfied the mathematical requirements. The only thing that actually does hurt you is that you did not mention if you have any programing knowledge. At a very minimum you need to know how to program in MATLAB or Mathematica. You might want to even take a course in Computational Mathematics which will require you to turn in coded homwork/projects while also strengthening your applicaiton (computational mathematics is VERY important for this field).
