I choose E.
A) i think that the melting should be followed by OF but A misses that so it's out.
C) Too complicated. Why add more verbs and subjects.
D) No parallel structure. Melting ice craps but sea level that are rising.
B) It is possible but in the beginning the word possible already indicates that these effects may include. So eliminate double wording.
Though i initially choose B

Excellent analysis. Besides, I think...E also has parallelism in terms of verbs (melting..rise). No?
