Honestly, I would recommend that you take it again. Unless you are on the older end (>30) of the spectrum, there is no harm done is delaying the MBA by a year to do it in an outstanding institute. Also, I feel that if you were constantly scoring 35+ in verbal in all your practice tests, the 27 is an anomoly. Since verbal is the last section on the GMAT, you could have an energy drink in the second 10 min break. I would also suggest that you don't have one during the first break. Just some water and fruits should do.
