I wouldn't worry about wasting it too much.
If you were performing at a 600, and your level is now at a 700, most of your questions will be new anyways. Only when your skill set plateaued is when the practice with this CAT loses its effectiveness since many questions will repeat.

Don't be silly. You will see repeat questions within a 100 point range. As I said before, treat the GMATPrep like gold. Take the GMATPrep as you would the real GMAT.
