finally. this one was kindof a dousy. Not the math part, just unwrapping what the statement says in order to figure out what it wants us to do!

I=Income. 2%=.02

.02I+ (100+.01I)/2 <-- this part took me a bit cause i didn't understand that its the average of 100 currency units + 1% of the income. I didnt catch that at first.

so make the denom equal.

(2(.02I)+ 100 +.01I)/2 --> (.04I+100+.01I)/2 --> .05I/2 +100/2

5I/100/2 +50 --> 5/100/2=1/20/2--> 1/40.

So I/40+50

o,o2I + (0,01I+100)/2=I/40+50

I think the "currency R......" is just "The Rambler", as necromonger called it.. plz correct me if i am wrong and 'currency R..' does mean something
