Hi emory, I've tried another fix - try again please. I am sorry that I cannot reproduce your problem - everything seems to work for me. Please try and let me know.

Suddenly, I am having the same problems as Emory. I have even tried to reset my password by having the site send me a new one. Nothing works. I cannot get onto certian forums either. What should I do?

Tino,

I tried logging in on my work laptop and it works, so it must be something wrong with my home laptop. Can you help me out?

Hi,

I did another fix - basically moving everything to the factory version of the software. Now this, if anything, should work. Follow instructions at the top of this page about cookies and try again.

Be advised that when logging in from different computers you need to log out from one (or wait for 45min) before you log in from another.

I still can not log in. This is very frustrating. Is it possibly a problem that I've tried to reset my password 3 times? It won't give me an error when I log in with the correct password, it just takes me directly to the forum, but I'm not logged in. My regular username is "emoryhopeful". If we can't get this fixed, is there anyway you can just erase my e-mail from the database so I can create a different username with my e-mail?

Hi emory,

Of course I can remove your account and let you get a new one, however it won't help - the symptoms you describe identify this as a cookie issue.

My latest hypothesis is that your browser does not follow the NC cookie spec, and does not identify cookies from the domain .gmatclub.com as pertaining to this site. As a fix, I removed the cookie domain completely... I can still log in, and maybe now you can too.

This must've been the cookies then. What a relief! I wish I never touched that setting, we could've avoided the whole mayhem. Thanks for your patience.
