I understand we can get the 5th digit and also calculate SD if we wanted...but can you explain the relationship between SD and Range? How does the range help us calculate SD?

I believe the greater the distance each number in the set is away from the mean then the larger the SD. So not the range, but the distance between the farthest data points and the mean.

I am a little late.
But yes answer is c
Using 1, we can find out the missing number in s is 55
using 2 we can find the missing no in T= 35
hence standard deviation of s is more
