Hi mates,

IMO E

A is akward and also present perfect continuos is not needed
B out: past perfect should be "cut" by past simple and not by present perfect
C out: a main verb for rivers is needed
D out: same as in C and also, present perfect continuous sounds akward

OA and Source?

Cheers
