Smt1; multiple of 5, in this instance, can only be 10
Stmt2; either 5 or 10. Since it can't be 5, it is 10.

1. Third side can be 5, 10,...50..., not suff
2. third side can be 5 or 10, not suff

1 and 2 combined the third side can be 5 or 10, not stuff

statement 1, the value can be only 10.. as range for x is 5<x<15..
statement 2, the value can be only 10, as 5 is not possible.
