I think its B... its imp to analyze what is the reason behind this deficiency.. and why do they need more vitamins compared to the rest of the population..what gives rise to this deficiency..and what is this deficiency all about??

Hence, B. Im not very sure though. :?

Having higher requirements but not meeting these requirements means
that if some pregnant women suffer from vitamin deficiency it does come from their diet...

I would go w/ c though.... b/c they have higher requirement, they still lack vitamin; it's still vitamin deficiency.... Am i making any sense??? :?

Yeah doggita, bhai and oxon you are correct: answer is "C"

Vitamin Deficiency for pregnant women = their Higher need for vitamin
Vitamin Deficiency for food = food doesnot have enough vitamin ingredients
